Central Location without the “Charm”

Avg. Price: $2-4 Million. More recently built than Biltmore Proper, these feel a bit more like a traditional upscale community. A distinct upside is that you’re less likely to have critical issues stemming from half-century old construction. It’s still centrally located and these residences are a bit more consistent in size and price. While there aren’t any gated communities here, there also aren’t any HOAs. The neighborhoods feel quiet and peaceful, especially with the mature trees common to the area.
