Biltmore

Fever Dream of Great Gatsby and Frank Lloyd Wright

What do you think of when you see acres of sparse desert and remote citrus groves? The builders of the Biltmore Resort took one look and said, “golf course.” They ran with it, and now the Biltmore neighborhood revolves around the resort (built in 1929) and the two golf courses, built in 1928 and 1979. Many of the homes here have tasteful nods to their original mid-century design, offering unique spaces full of character. You’re only 20 minutes from the airport, incredible dining, and a dozen golf courses. Prices and property sizes come in a wide range, meaning almost anyone can find a place to call home here. Be prepared for a project though, if you get a home under $1.5 Million, and make sure you know what the HOA dues are because they can get a little high.
