After about a year of solid shopping, the right home was found, so we moved quickly.

John was willing to do what was necessary to help us quickly move on the home. He was able to negotiate to a favorable price from the beginning with little back and forth needed. He was also very helpful and quick to close within 2 weeks often working after hours or even on vacation, communicating with others to make sure everything was done to close within that time frame even when he wasn’t required to. He had the right team in place to move quickly and made the process seamless.

We thoroughly loved working with John and his dedication to making sure we understood what we were purchasing, the area we were moving to, the reasoning behind specifics of the deal, and being able to step on the brakes when we were cold and stepping on the gas when the right home was found.
