Sipping Martinis in the Pool, Overlooking the Valley

If you’re a sucker for a killer view and have at least $4 Million to spend, this is one of three places you’ll want to look in the Valley. All are on the border of Paradise Valley and Arcadia, which makes this the best area to look if you want to spend under $10 Million. You’ll find an interesting mix of new builds and homes straight out of the 90s, both of which have advantages depending on your style. Most homes leverage the incredible views of Camelback and Mummy Mountain, making for incredible sunrises. The upside to this is you don’t have to worry about western sun blasting into your house, as the Phoenix Mountain Preserve protects you from the evening sun. The Clearwater Hills community has an HOA, but outside of that the HOA presence is minimal.
